When I was considering buying Frownies, I couldn’t find many comprehensive reviews online. I have made this website to share my experience and to allow others to post their own Frownies reviews.
I first heard about Frownies about a year ago now. I was meeting some old friends from work, one of which used to have the worst dark circles of anyone I ever knew. Needless to say I was very surprised to see her looking so healthy and rejuvenated. Her dark circles weren’t completely gone, but they no longer drew attention to themselves.
Drawing my friend aside, I asked her what her secret was. At the start I assumed that she must have gotten Botox because of the extreme difference. She then told me all about Frownies, and how they worked. At the start, I was very skeptical. The way Frownies are supposed to work is by ‘retraining’ the facial muscles overnight so that they assume their correct position naturally. At the time, I was putting countless creams and cosmetics on my face and couldn’t believe that it could be this simple. The wrinkles around my eyes had never been two bad but I was nonetheless interested to try them, so I skeptically ordered them.
The Frownies website was excellent and I received my first pack after just a couple of days. I remember the first time I put them on and had to explain, rather embarrassed, to my husband, how they worked! Despite this, the patches were very easy to apply and are fortunately made of all-natural ingredients which was an important factor for me as I have very sensitive skin. There is a little guide included and the Frownies can be cut and shaped into whatever shape you need for your face. When I first cut them up the shape of the patches was quite crude but you quickly get used to it.
After applying the Frownies the first few of times I didn’t really see much of an improvement. A little annoyed, I messaged my friend and lamented that the patches were not working for me. She told me to stick at it a few more days and thank god she did! After about a week I noticed a real improvement. A month later and the lines which once defined my face were almost completely gone. After some experimentation, I found that the best method is to apply them all night. By the next day the lines will gradually reappear but they won’t be nearly as severe as before. If you are going out on the town, it is also possible to put them on for a few hours in the day for a quick fix!
Despite all of the positive factors, you need to remember to apply the Frownies patches diligently. If you forget for a week then it will be very hard to achieve any results. Also, don’t expect any results right away, it does take time. After a few months I ordered the Frownies Rosewater spray which definitely improved the results. I suggest that you buy this spray in combination with the patches as they work great together. In fact, there is a great kit containing everything you need if you are really worried about your wrinkles.
In conclusion, I was skeptical at first but soon learned how Frownies can help remove wrinkles and lines. The thing I like most about Frownies is that they are completely natural and there is no need for chemicals or expensive surgery. Make sure that you apply them regularly, however, or you will not see lasting results.
